I'm Tamara — a Montreal-based executive and Co-Founder & COO of ARISE Human Capital, where I help organizations unlock the full potential of their people. ARISE was born in 2025 out of a simple belief: when people rise, they lift organizations, communities, and the world around them.
My career spans more than 20 years of senior leadership at global companies — Procter & Gamble, Abbott Nutrition, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, and Merck Canada — where I drove growth, transformation, and lasting results. I've also built organizations from the ground up in fast-moving sectors like dental and cannabis, growing ROSE LifeScience from $20M to $100M in profitable sales and creating nearly 200 jobs along the way.
Devoted to empowering women to succeed, I co-founded Women Leaders in Pharma in 2018 and serve as its Board Secretary & Founding Member.
